Adopting aluminum speaker and crust of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastics), the AS-0130 explosionproof speaker is anti-corrosive and antioxidant.It can be used in mephitical environment, including ZONE IInone-colliery areas with oilchemical mattersor flammable/explosive Fire Power PlantsPowder Plantsetc.
AS-0130 Explosion Proof Speaker Specification:

Exd:The Explosion Prevention Type is Flameproof Type.
IIC: Equipment used in none-colliery environment filled with explosive gas.
T4:The max temperature of the equipment surface ≤ 200;
The ignition point of flammable material 135.
MATERIAL: The thermostableanti-corrosive nylon and
polyoxymethylene resin is internally used while the
surface is made of high strength metal with anlistatig
spray painting
The anlistatiganti-ultraviolet radiationflaming
preventive and anti-corrosive FRP(bakelite) is pre-
ssed and used in the AS-0130 crust. It is able to stand
high temperature up to 180without metamorphosing.
The aluminum crust surface is specially made and the
seclusion board of aluminum foam is used in AS-0130
to effectively block off electric arc and spark to achieve
explosion preventing.
The bracket and parts made of stainless steel make it
available for the safe speaker fixing in vile environment for long.
